James Proving His Value On Special Teams

GAINESVILLE - Under coach Urban Meyer, playing on special teams at the University of Florida is a position of privilege. Right now, no one may be more valuable than return man Brandon James.

James already has returned two punts for touchdowns and has provided UF with outstanding field position on kickoff returns. So is James the best returner in college football?

"I don't know if I am or I'm not but I just want to be in the conversation," he said.

DIRTY PLAY: RB Emmanuel Moody's first impression of SEC football was unflattering.

"It's a little dirty," he said. "Teams are going to do anything it takes to win. When you're in the pile they're doing some things that might be trying to get you injured."
