TAMPA - Vincent Moore entered a parking lot enclosed by a locked chain-link fence and barbed wire, got in a vehicle and stole several bottles of water, police say.
Officers say Moore, 54, of Tampa, ransacked several trucks at 2817 N. 35th St. The security company monitoring the business there called police.
Moore was charged with nine counts of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and one count each of burglary of an unoccupied structure, obstructing or opposing an officer without violence and possession of burglary tools.
He remained in Orient Road Jail today. His bail was set at $22,500.
