TALLAHASSEE - Florida State's offense had a warning of bad things to come during its final practice before the Wake Forest game. The sloppiness of that practice was mirrored in FSU's 12-3 loss Saturday. It was a game filled with penalties and missed assignments for the offense.
Coach Bobby Bowden and offensive coordinator Jimbo Fisher were pleased with Thursday's practice, and Fisher said it reflected a good week of preparation.
"It's all about execution," Bowden said. "They seemed to know more about what they were doing today."
