GAINESVILLE - Coach Urban Meyer confirmed Thursday that DE Jermaine Cunningham will play in Saturday's matchup against Mississippi.
The junior participated in the full practice session for a second consecutive day after being on crutches earlier in the week after hyperextending his leg against Tennessee.
"He toughed it out and he's ready to go," Meyer said.
LB Ryan Stamper, on the other hand, looks like he'll be sitting the game out with a sprained ankle. Meyer said Stamper is "still a little gimpy" but is hoping he can play.
"I'll know more today," Meyer said. "It's a game-time decision. I'd probably still put him at probable."
HIGH-POWERED OFFENSE: It seems like the Florida coaching staff says this every week but Meyer is calling the Rebels the most dangerous team they have faced this season.
"They're more dangerous than the team we played last week," Meyer said. "I worry about their speed, I worry about the kid Jevan Snead that throws it. It's a significant challenge. We're going to have to really get going."
