Defamation Suit Names Missing Toddler's Mom

ORLANDO - A woman has filed a defamation lawsuit claiming she was wrongly accused of kidnapping a missing Central Florida child.
Attorney John Morgan says Zenaida Gonzalez has never met Casey Anthony, who he says accused Gonzalez of taking the child in June. Gonzalez sued Anthony on Wednesday in Orlando.
Anthony has said she last saw 3-year-old Caylee in June with a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez.
Todd Black, a spokesman for Anthony's attorney, said this is not the same Zenaida Gonzalez that Anthony left her child with. Black called the lawsuit frivolous.
Authorities say Anthony remains a "person of interest" in the case.
She has been charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstruction. She said she doesn't know what happened to Caylee.
