Library Movie Night Is Fun For The Family
A family movie matinee will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Hugh Embry Library, 14215 Fourth St. Parents and their children are invited to come watch a G- or PG-rated feature film at the library.

Rock Out For Habitat At Dinner Event
Come jam out to your favorite tunes and keep an eye out for Elvis at the October Rocks for Habitat benefit Oct. 24.
The benefit will include dinner, rock 'n' roll music from the '50s through the '80s and live auctions. The fun kicks off at 6 p.m. and costs $100 per person, $1,000 for a table of 10.
Sponsorships are still available. Proceeds benefit East Pasco Habitat for Humanity.

YMCA Tournament In Need Of Golfers
Golfers are being sought to participate in the 2008 East Pasco YMCA Building Strong Kids Golf Tournament to be held Oct. 3 at Silverado Golf and Country Club. The tournament is a captain's choice format, with entry fee of $100 per person or $400 for a foursome.
Check-in will be between noon and 1 p.m., with lunch provided by Sonny's Real Pit Bar-B-Q from noon to 1 p.m. Tee-time will be at 1:30 p.m.
The tournament is sponsored by Reutimann Collision Repair.

Pregnancy Center Fundraiser Approaching

All Pro Dads Meeting At Lupton's Buffet

Salon Is Holding Halloween Art Show
Aquaterra Salon & Spa will host a free art show and Halloween bash Oct. 18.
The artwork has been billed as "pretty shocking and scary," and attendees also can enjoy food, drink and costumes.

2 Gardening Seminars Plant Fertile Ideas
The Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service will offer a free workshop in two locations from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 4.
Learn about growing "native" in Dade City at Clayton Hall, 36702 State Road 52. Propagation is the theme for the seminar in Land O' Lakes at the Land O' Lakes Community Center, 5401 U.S. 41.
In addition to the workshops, there will be free coffee and light refreshments, educational handouts, door prizes and Master Gardeners on hand to answer gardening questions.
Registration is not required, but helps with planning.

Community Center Wrestling For Donations
The Jewish Community Center of West Pasco is hosting a wrestling fundraiser beginning at 8 p.m. Saturday at the center, 9841 Scenic Drive.
Superstars from Florida Championship Wrestling will compete at the event. Tickets are $7 in advance or $10 at the door.
