Pipe Repair Affects Tampa's North Howard Avenue

TAMPA - A section of North Howard Avenue is partially closed because of a break in a wastewater pipe, city officials said.
Between Aileen and Cordelia streets, traffic flow on northbound one-way Howard will be narrowed while workers perform repairs, which are expected to be finished by Friday. Workers then will begin repaving and restoring the road, which is expected to be done by Oct. 10, weather permitting.
Officials say property owners will be able to access their businesses and homes.
