TAMPA - A man and a woman were charged with felony cocaine trafficking and related charges after selling cocaine to undercover officers, authorities said.
Sasha Gayla Cordero, 30, and Brooks Lyle Kinder, 27, were being held without bail today at Orient Road Jail, jail records show. Both live at 1006 W. Beacon Ave.
Tampa police say Cordero was involved in three undercover drug buys and Kinder was involved in two. Police arrested them about 11:50 a.m. Monday in the 8600 block of North Alaska Street after they sold 150 grams of powder cocaine to an undercover officer for an unstated price, an affidavit states.
Cordero and Kinder delivered 14.1 grams of powder cocaine to an undercover officer in exchange for $350 on Sept. 4 at East Seward and North Alaska streets, an affidavit states.
On Sept. 12, Cordero sold 45 grams of powder cocaine to an undercover officer for $1,100, police said.
