Mother charged with leaving 6-year-old home alone

TAMPA - A 23-year-old Tampa woman is charged with felony child neglect after deputies said she left her 6-year-old son home alone while she was at work.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested Anastagia Tepetate at her home in the 15000 block of Timberline Drive about 11 p.m. Tuesday. Her booking information was not available.
According to an affidavit, a deputy responded to the home about 9:45 p.m. Tuesday after receiving a complaint from a child protective investigator that the child was home alone.
The deputy discovered Tepetate was at work at the time at the Prime Time Sports Grill, 14404 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., and brought her home, where she was arrested.
