Missing tot's grandparents questioned in civil suit

ORLANDO - The grandparents of a slain toddler are being questioned for a civil defamation lawsuit filed in central Florida.

George and Cindy Anthony appeared today for a deposition in the suit against their daughter, Casey.
Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez claims Casey Anthony defamed her when she told police that her daughter, Caylee, had been left with a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez.

George Anthony refused to reveal conversations he had with his wife and daughter about Zenaida Gonzalez. He said he believed his daughter, but that this Zenaida Gonzalez wasn't involved in Caylee's disappearance.

Casey Anthony is accused of killing her daughter. Caylee's remains were found in woods in Orlando last December, six months after she disappeared.
