MANATEE COUNTY - A woman smashed a patrol car window with her head and kicked a deputy in the crotch to avoid being arrested Monday evening, the Manatee Sheriff's Office said.
Authorities say Zeinah Waliagha Gollsneider, 22, punched her husband in the stomach during an argument before she turned her aggression toward the two responding deputies.
Once the deputies chased down Gollsneider, she was put in the back seat of the patrol car where she repeatedly slammed her head into the window until it broke, the report said.
As she was being placed into another vehicle, the report states Gollsneider kicked a deputy as he used pepper spray to stop her from struggling.
Gollsneider, of the 4600 block of 27th Street West, was arrested on a felony charge of battery of a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor charges of battery, criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
