Actress Holmes' brother-in-law found dead in Sarasota

SARASOTA - The brother-in-law of actress Katie Holmes was found dead in a home in Sarasota at age 48, officials say.
Joseph Fretti's body was discovered April 12 at his mother's home in Sarasota. Fretti was married to Holmes' older sister, Tamera.
The medical examiner, Russell Vega, said the death was not suspicious but officials conducted a routine autopsy to determine the cause of death.
A representative for Holmes told the entertainment Web site RadarOnline.com that Fretti died of heart failure.
Holmes is best known for her work on the TV show "Dawson's Creek." She is married to film actor Tom Cruise.
