Man jailed on charges of impregnating teen

BROOKSVILLE - A Spring Hill man was arrested Wednesday on allegations that he impregnated a 14-year-old girl to whom he is related.
The charges stem from a victim's statement that described the types of sexual activity the suspect, Michael Lee Brown, 41, made her perform from Feb. 19, 2008, until July 4, 2008, a report states.
The victim told a detective the incidents happened 15 to 20 times in locations across Hernando County.
A paternity test was sent to a state crime lab for testing last August and the results were returned on Tuesday. According to a report, there is a 98.87 percent probability Brown is the father.
Brown was charged with sexual battery by a person in familial custody, lewd/lascivious molestation and incest. Bond was set at $60,000 bond.
