Man arrested with pot at Polk courthouse

WINTER HAVEN - Police have arrested a 42-year-old man who said the marijuana they found was for medicinal use.

Richard Wood III of Auburndale was arrested by security officer when he tried to enter the Polk County courthouse. The officers discovered less than 20 grams of marijuana. He was released after police gave him a notice to appear.
