Police: Dade City man arrested in fatal shooting

DADE CITY - A 32-year-old man was arrested early today in the fatal shooting of a bicyclist last weekend, police said.
William Lee Chamblee, 13500 Hillsborough Ave., turned himself in late Wednesday in the slaying of Charles A. Simonds, police said.
Simonds, 37, of 13705 23rd St., was apparently riding a bicycle south on 21st Street when he was shot several times in the back late Sunday. Witnesses said they heard shots and saw what appeared to be a sport utility vehicle leaving the area.
