Several appliances were found missing today from a $3 million home recently repossessed by a bank, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.

The 6,300-square foot house at 6959 Westchester Circle was also missing a fireplace, granite counter tops, cabinets, carpets, plumbing, light fixtures, window treatments and interior doors, investigators say.

The items are worth about $150,000 and were taken from the home between April 1 and April 10, the sheriff's office said.

Deputies say the home had been locked, with no signs of forced entry. The house was repossessed from co-owner Mark P. Riley, the sheriff's office said. Riley, 48, was not at the residence when deputies were called there today.

According to online Manatee County property appraiser records, Riley is the listed owner of three additional houses and one condominium in Bradenton. His last known address is 5581 Broadcast Court, Sarasota, the sheriff's office said.

The four-bedroom, four-bath home near the Legacy Golf Club was built in 2000, and was co-owned by Richard Waid, records show.

The investigation is ongoing.
