TAMPA - A man and a woman are charged with felony drug trafficking after police said the two tried to sell 50 Oxycontin pills to an undercover officer in a Walgreens parking lot.
Aliciann Devan, 30, and Steven Olson, 34, both of whom live at 4811 Cypress Tree Drive, Tampa, also are charged with felony conspiracy to traffic in oxycodone.
Each was held without bail at the Orient Road Jail today.
Tampa police arrested the pair about 8:40 p.m. Friday in the parking lot of a Walgreens at 2111 E. Busch Blvd.
According to an affidavit, the two had arranged to deliver 50 pills of the prescription painkiller to an undercover officer in exchange for $1,250, an affidavit states. Each pill contained 60 mg of the drug.
Police arrested the pair after Devan presented the drugs to the officer, the affidavit states.
