I-275 drivers, it's time for a change

If you're driving north on Interstate 275 this morning, you'll find yourself breaking in its new lanes. The shift began over the weekend, and three of the new northbound lanes are open between Himes Avenue and Ashley Drive. In addition, the Himes Avenue entrance ramp reopened Sunday. The speed limit approaching downtown, where two of the three lanes are a foot narrower, has been lowered to 45 mph.
