Ruskin man charged with sexual battery of pre-teen

A Ruskin man was charged this morning with sexually battering a pre-teen boy five years ago.

Deputies said the battery went on for about a year, starting in January 2004. Charged with sexual battery was Dominique Stinson, who was 16 at the time.

Investigators said his victim was 9 at the time.

Stinson remains in Orient Road Jail today. His bail has not been set.
