Missing Polk County girl found safe with man

HAINES CITY - A 12-year-old Polk County girl has been found safe but with a man who police say could be charged.

The sheriff's office says 24-year-old Diego Mendez-Guzman is charged with providing aid to a runaway and could face more charges.

Molli Alicia Dominguez was found Wednesday. She was last seen Monday near the school bus stop in Haines City. She told other students she wasn't going to school and walked away.
