TAMPA - Health officials today confirmed the fourth swine flu-related death in Hillsborough County.
The victim was a 50-year-old man with underlying medical conditions, the county's health department said.
On Tuesday, officials announced the county's third confirmed death: a 28-year-old woman who also had underlying medical conditions.
As of Wednesday, the state had 41 deaths attributed to swine flu.
