Narcotized by government handouts

Some people are obviously upset about the "Cash for Clunkers" program.

Perhaps they would like to review 20th-Century history (which is no longer taught factually in public schools).

This is the type of thing that an ever-encroaching, behemoth central government will always do after it scans the landscape and senses a few too many people out there who have not yet been suitably narcotized by its handouts.

The bigger worry is: What comes next?
