Man's probation in jeopardy

TAMPA - A former Pasco County detention deputy who pleaded guilty last year to a federal steroids charge is accused of violating his probation by having marijuana.
Rodney Philon is scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court next week.
Last year, Philon was sentenced to two years' probation, with six months of home detention, for distributing steroids. He was arrested in March 2008 after a five-hour standoff with SWAT members at his home.
Last month, Philon, 39, was charged with driving under the influence in Hillsborough County.
