Deputies: Pasco cleaning woman used client's checks to steal $46,000

NEW PORT RICHEY - A 39-year-old cleaning woman is accused of bilking a client out of more than $46,000 in nine months.
Tracy Lynn Kendrick, of 9227 Dresden Lane, Port Richey, was arrested by Pasco detectives Wednesday on one count of scheme to defraud.
Kendrick, according to a sheriff's office report, stole and cashed 81 of a client's checks at various local banks and Amscots. Detectives obtained video of several transactions from which Kendrick's boyfriend positively identified her for authorities, a report states. When questioned, the report states, Kendrick admitted to writing all 81 checks but said she had permission.
Kendrick was booked into the Land o' Lakes Jail but was released later Wednesday after posting $10,000 bail.
"It's erroneous charges, and I deny it," said Kendrick reached by telephone, She declined to comment further.
