2 arrested in shooting death at food cart

Roberto Juan Martinez-Morales, 20, of 5902 Memorial Highway, Tampa, and Leeching-Hong Luberisse, 18, of 318 Orange Lane, Tampa, have been arrested in the shooting death of Alquan Garner at a food cart last weekend, police said.
They were each charged with second-degree murder, attempted murder and felon in possession of a firearm. Additional charges are pending.
Someone cut in line at the cart at 4021 W. Hillsborough Ave., police say, a fight broke out and shots were fired. Police say a stray bullet hit Garner, who was not part of the fight. Garner, 23, of Seffner, died early Aug. 8.
