New Port Richey police investigate hit and run

New Port Richey police are looking for the driver of a black, older model sports utility vehicle in a hit-and-run that killed a 50-year-old woman Saturday night.
The woman, Patricia Senkbeil Skibinski, was in the roadway on Delaware Avenue, just west of Van Buren Street, when she was hit about 11:20 p.m, according to police. She died at Community Hospital.
