Wimauma man killed in hit-and-run

A 32-year-old Wimauma man was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Manatee County early Sunday morning, said the Florida Highway Patrol.
Adolfo Lopez-Llanos was walking north along U.S. 301, north of Dickey Road, when he was hit by a 1990s-model Ford utility vehicle.
Anyone with information is asked to call the patrol at (941) 751-7647, ext. 131. Officials don't know the color of the vehicle but say it would be damaged on its right front.
