TAMPA - Alonso defeated both Sickles and Freedom in two separate halves, as C.J. Bennett threw for a combined five touchdowns for the Ravens.
The Ravens dominated the host Patriots 26 – 0 and then allowed a last minute touchdown to the Gryphons on their way to a 35 – 7 victory over rival Sickles.
Alonso's Franklin Mosley returned a punt 45 yards for a touchdown to open the scoring for the Ravens against Freedom. Brandon Holloway then doubled the lead in the second quarter on a 5-yard run, before Bennett found Jesse Ayala on a 20-yard touchdown pass.
Bennett went 12 of 14 passes for 117 yards for the Ravens against the Patriots, and then let fly against the Gryphons, going 6-for-9 for 299 yards.
Bennett found Jesse Anaya for a 41-yard score, Franklin Mosley from 89 yards out, Justen Davis on a 73-yard strike and Brandon Holloway for 36 yards.
In the opening match-up of the night, the Patriots' TJ Mutcherson returned a kickoff 85-yards for the crucial score in Freedom's 10-7 victory.
Sickles' Brandon Harrison scored on an 18-yard pass from John Melvin Hendrick on the previous possession to give the Gryphons an 7-3 lead before Mutcherson quickly restored the Patriots advantage.
