TAMPA - Tampa-based deep-sea explorers say they're negotiating with the British government over collaborating on their latest spectacular find.
Odyssey Marine Exploration says it has discovered a legendary British man-of-war that sank in the English Channel in 1744. The company has scheduled a news conference about the shipwreck today in London.
Odyssey co-founder Greg Stemm said Sunday that the wreck of the HMS Victory could be worth considerably more than the treasure that the company raised from a sunken Spanish galleon in 2007.
