Just Don't Pay

President Obama backed Democrat Tim Geithner as Treasury secretary despite the fact that he "accidentally" had not paid $32,000 to the IRS. Now the President has nominated Tom Daschle to be Health and Human Services secretary even though Daschle failed to pay $128,000 in taxes.

It is obvious why the Democrats are not bothered when they raise taxes. They don't pay them anyhow.

High Flying Ways

We had the lineup of corporate and private jets lined up at Tampa International Airport this weekend for the Super Bowl extravaganza. I wonder how many of these planes belonged to those who were recipients of bail-out money. Were they so needy as to have the taxpayers foot their bill for the week-long parties of this event?

Destroying Anthem

It isn't bad enough that the politicians and bankers are destroying our country. The musicians have to help as well and get fame so doing. Jennifer Hudson's rendition of the "Star Spangled Banner" was criminal, yet she gets raves for it. Somehow entertainment today has reached all-time lows. Faith Hill did a marvelous job with "America the Beautiful" but is practically overlooked. Snoop Dog, however, garnered more coverage this week than Obama.

Don't Forget Faith

The story on Jennifer Hudson was very good. She did a terrific version of the "Star Spangled Banner" but you completely overlooked Faith Hill and the powerful performance she gave. Shame on you!!
