A third man charged in the October home invasion that left a Shady Hills man dead is being held without bond in the Hillsborough County jail after his arrest Thursday.
Ricky Washington, 18, was arrested at 6:30 Thursday at 5124 Halifax Drive by officers with the U.S. Marshals fugitive task force.
Washington is charged with the Oct. 16 slaying of Corey Evans, 21, during a robbery at 18236 Oxenham Ave Two others have been previously arrested and also charged with first degree murder.
Three men entered the home at about 5 a.m. and were confronted by Evans and some friends and relatives. The home's owner, Kenneth Sheriden Evans was shot three times but has recovered.
Taequan Jamal Griffin, of Brooksville, was also shot inside the mobile home and was dumped at the Spring Hill Hospital, officials said. He was arrested last month. Calvin Washington, 20, of Brooksville, was arrested in November.
