TALLAHASSEE - A group of college students say they are forming an organization to make sure police officers in
Tallahassee don't abuse their power.
Copwatch co-founder Max Herrle said members of the organization feel that police can sometimes "prey on the uninformed." Herrle said the group is pushing for a citizens' oversight board that would monitor the police.
Copwatch members say they plan to film Tallahassee police and post the footage on the video-sharing Web site YouTube.com.
