Ruskin Man Killed In Single-Vehicle Wreck

TAMPA - A 45-year-old Ruskin man died after his Ford F-150 crashed this morning on U.S. 41.
Russell Keith Kilburne was driving the 2000 Ford north in the outside lane near Chaney Drive about 5:38 a.m. when it veered off the road and onto the east shoulder, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The truck traveled 150 feet on the shoulder and veered into a ditch before coming to a stop with its rear submerged in ditch water.
The patrol said Kilburne "may have suffered a medical condition that rendered him incapable of maintaining control of the vehicle prior to the crash."
