TAMPA - Jeffrey Porter chased his roommate with a pair of scissors and stabbed him twice in the back Sunday, Tampa police say.
Porter, 33, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. Sunday at his Tampa home. He was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
"The victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where he was treated for two stab wounds to the back," a Tampa Police Department report states. "Hospital personnel advised that his injuries were not life-threatening, and the victim would possibly be released."
