ORLANDO - The attorney representing Caylee Anthony's grandparents say the slain Orlando toddler's remains have been cremated.
Brad Conway told the Orlando Sentinel on Wednesday that the remains are not at the Orange County home of George and Cindy Anthony. Conway would not say where the remains are being kept.
A public memorial service was held for Caylee in Orlando on Tuesday. The service came two months after the girl's remains were found in swampy woods near her grandparents' home where Caylee lived with her mother, who has been charged in her death.
