A Lakeland man is a millionaire after hitting the Jan. 31 Florida Lotto.
The pot was $22 million, but Ernest Klaber took the lump-sum payment of $13.8 million.
The 61-year-old plans to retire "and enjoy the rest of my life,'' according to a press release from Florida Lotto.
The winning numbers were: 01 - 17 - 20 - 31 - 32- 37. Klaber bought the ticket at the M&B Food Store on Cleveland Heights Boulevard in Lakeland. The store got $50,000 for selling the winning ticket.
