Thousands of Bay area residents will make their way to Ybor City tonight for the Knights of Sant' Yago Illuminated Knight Parade, but some families started early this morning at Centennial Park for the Family Fiesta.
Kids took part in cookie decorating, face painting and making beaded jewelry. Even the adults enjoyed hula-hooping. The smell of funnel cakes and vendors squeezing fresh lemons for lemonade fill the air as kids stuff their faces with sweet treats.
The Family Fiesta is open until 5 p.m.
