24 Arrested During Prostitution Operation In Polk

Polk County deputies have arrested 24 men during a three-day undercover prostitution operation.
Most of the arrests are related to prostitution, but some were for drugs.
The arrests were made Thursday, Friday and Tuesday.
Those charged with solicitation of prostitution included Michael Morano, 27, of Lakeland. Authorities said he had his 1-year-old and 2-year-old sons in the car with him when he was arrested, and they weren't in car seats or seat belts, deputies say. The children were placed in their mother's custody.
