Deputies: Man Broke Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home

TAMPA - A 34-year-old man broke into his ex-girlfriend's Tampa home Tuesday, punched an unidentified person and then chased the victim with a screwdriver, Hillsborough County deputies say.

Michael David Marginson, whose address is unknown, was arrested Tuesday morning.

Marginson was charged with aggravated assault and burglary with battery. Details on his bail status were unavailable.
