Published: February 20, 2009

Tracy Morgan says a faulty fish tank light apparently sparked a fire in his New York City apartment, but no one was hurt - not even the fish.

Firefighters were called to the comedian-actor's Manhattan apartment Wednesday morning. It's unclear whether the "30 Rock" star or anyone else was there.

In a statement, Morgan says the fire was contained to the area around the aquarium. He says sprinklers went off, and "even the fish are OK."

The 40-year-old former "Saturday Night Live" actor is thanking firefighters for "their quick action."
Il Divo Singer Marin, Wife Divorce

The fairytale romance of Il Divo's Carlos Marin is over.

The 40-year-old has divorced his wife, Geraldine Larrosa. The pair had been wed for three years but were together for more than 13 years.

They got hitched in a surprise ceremony at Disneyland in 2006. The Cinderella-themed wedding featured a horse-drawn carriage as well as Mickey Mouse and Minnie on hand.

Il Divo's representative, Lois Najarian, says the split is amicable and the pair remain good friends.

Knight Gets Fine After Guilty Plea

Marion "Suge" Knight has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery for beating a woman in a Las Vegas parking lot last year.

The 43-year-old rap producer entered the plea in Las Vegas Justice Court on Tuesday in a deal that dismissed two felony drug charges and one felony coercion charge stemming from the August incident.

Police said officers witnessed the co-founder of Death Row Records striking Melissa Isaac while holding a knife in a parking lot near the Las Vegas Strip. They said Knight was carrying Ecstasy and hydrocodone when they arrested him.

Justice of the Peace Eric Goodman ordered Knight to receive counseling and pay a $340 fine.

Hendrix Vodka To Change Its Tune

A company that promoted "Hendrix Electric" vodka is paying $3.2 million to the estate of rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix, which claimed the spirit infringed on the Hendrix trademark.

A federal judge last year sided with Experience Hendrix, the company that controls the trademark, in determining that Seattle businessman Craig Dieffenbach and his Electric Hendrix LLC didn't have permission to use the guitarist's image or name.

The sides negotiated an agreement by which Dieffenbach and Electric Hendrix would pay $3.2 million.
