Reward Offered For Rape Suspect's Whereabouts

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward for a man suspected of raping an 8-year-old child in the Washington, D.C., area.
Marcus Reyes Banegas was seen in the Brandon area this afternoon. Authorities say he was seen walking on State Road 60 east of Interstate 75 at about 4 p.m., then on State Road 60 just west of Faulkenburg Road in Brandon.
Banegas has an active fugitive warrant for his arrest out of Prince Williams County, Md. Authorities say he is in the United States illegally from Honduras.
The U.S. Marshals Service says Banegas has ties to the Brandon area. He is described as Hispanic, 25 years old and weighing about 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
