Even world-famous personal trainer Bob Greene is at risk for stressing out.
"The Oprah Winfrey Show" regular and creator of the Best Life Diet says he must have an hour of cardio exercise in the morning, whether he's on the road for a promotional tour or at home with his family.
"It doesn't matter if I'm in a different time zone or whatever, I adjust my schedule. ... I do it in the morning, and that de-stresses me for the entire day," he says.
"If I woke up and jumped onto a radio show, TV and a book signing without first doing my workout, I would be a basket case. I really would."
On the road, you'll likely see Greene in a hotel gym, or a stairwell, if there is no gym avail-able. "I'm the guy going up and down the stairs just to get the workout in, or jumping the rope in my room," he says. "I apologize to the person below me hearing it at 3 a.m. as I'm getting ready."
The pace changes back at home, where Greene and his wife have a 2-year-old daughter. He loves getting out for a long run, using a B-O-B brand exercise stroller.
"It's one of the best workouts. It's exhausting," he says. "I love it because it allows me to get in my run, she goes to sleep usually, and it gets me out of the house."
Greene says no matter who you are, solid cardio exercise can do wonders.
"There's some magic that occurs - and I know people hate when I say this - but there's some magic when you do an hour of cardio every day."
