PALATKA - Investigators say they're whittling through more than 1,600 leads received since 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings disappeared in northeast Florida before two weeks ago.
About 140 officers searched two areas on Friday, acting on tips, but found nothing pertinent to the investigation. There was no ground search on Saturday.
Haleigh vanished Feb. 9 from her father's mobile home, just outside the community of Satsuma, which is about 10 miles south of Palatka.
