TAMPA - Selling a home in Tampa Bay is getting a little easier, as long as you can swallow the price. The median sales price in the metro area of Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater hasn't been this low since April 2002, according to numbers released Wednesday by the Florida Association of Realtors. Bargain hunters are snatching up deals. Here's a look at the numbers.
