Firefighters Battling Brush Fire In Lutz

LUTZ - Firefighters from two counties are battling an approximately 20-acre brush fire in the 1600 block of Livingston Avenue near Interstate 275.
Mobile homes and houses in the area are not being threatened.
The 11:45 a.m. alarm resulted in 11 units and 24 firefighters being sent to the blaze from Hillsborough Fire Rescue, spokesman Ray Yeakley said.
Pasco County Fire Rescue also sent two engines, a brush truck and a battalion chief.
No injuries are reported, he said, and the only issue appears to be smoke drifting over the interstate. The cause of the fire is unknown.
"We may never know what exactly caused it," he said.
