Variety is the key to success when it comes to working out, and the Tampa Bay area offers an amazing mix of fitness trainers and exercise programs.

Still, we know it can be intimidating to try something unfamiliar, especially if you don't know anything about the person who's leading the program. 4you is here to help, with the 411 on area trainers and their specialties, so you're not starting from scratch.

Fitness specialty: CrossFit Unleashed incorporates a mix of weightlifting, weight loss and speed training exercises to build endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility and balance.

Best activity in your workouts: "Fight Gone Bad," Tampa style. Routine includes one minute each of: wallball with a 20-pound medicine ball; box jumps on and off a 24-inch box; kettleball swings with a 35-pound weight; pull-ups; and Burpees (a blend of squat thrust jumps and push-ups.) Rest for one minute after routine and repeat for total of three rounds.

Favorite phrase to bark for motivation: "Lets go! Let's go all the way through!"
