The Oklahoma Sooners (25-3), once secure for a No. 1 seed, who are on a two-game losing streak after star player Blake Griffin suffered a concussion.

Georgetown's record this season in Big East home games (the Hoyas were 28-5 in Big East home games during the first four seasons of Coach John Thompson III).
