Deputies: Sarasota Woman, 85, Robbed In CVS Lot

An 85-year-old woman was putting her groceries into her car New Year's Eve when a man pushed her and then stole her car and purse, Sarasota deputies say.
The robbery occurred in the parking lot of a CVS Pharmacy, 5361 Fruitville Road, at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The victim's 2001 blue Buick Century was found about two hours later at Sarasota Christian School, 5415 Bahia Vista St. Her purse is still missing. Neither her credit car nor bank card has been used yet, sheriff's office spokesman Lt. Chuck Lesaltato said.
The woman was not injured in the robbery.
Deputies are still looking for the suspect.
