Man Accused Of Slamming Person Into Refrigerator

Reid Penabade
Reid Penabade attacked a person from behind on New Year's Eve, hitting the person's face against a mini-refrigerator and punching him, causing a fractured orbital bone, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Deputies arrested Penabade on Wednesday night.
Penabade, 21, of Odessa, was charged with aggravated battery.
The victim was taken to University Community Hospital.
Penabade's bail was set at $7,500. He has since been released from jail.
