NEW PORT RICHEY - Four women were arrested late Friday and early today on suspicion of prostitution after soliciting undercover officers, police said.
All four were arrested along a stretch of U.S. 19 between Main Street and the Pithlachascotee River, police said. They are:
Amy Jo Morgan, 36, who was arrested at the Travel Inn, 7532 U.S. 19, where she lives.
Lori Beth Miller, 36, of Homecrest Road, who was arrested at a fast food restaurant just south of the Riverside Inn, where police said the solicitation happened.
Susanne T. Hoover, 40, of 7811 Bloomfield Drive in Port Richey. She was arrested at the same restaurant as Miller for allegedly soliciting at the nearby Value Lodge motel.
Kelly Jo Teffner, 40, of 10007 Houston Ave. in Hudson. She was arrested at 6640 U.S. 19.
Morgan and Miller remained at the Land O' Lakes Jail this afternoon, records show. Hoover and Teffner were released on their own recognizance.
